Terms and Conditions of Sale Acceptance

- We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email as soon as we can and at that point an agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason we will email to advise you accordingly and you will be refunded.

Delivery

- We make every effort to deliver all products within the United Kingdom within seven days of your order. Where this is not possible, we will advise you accordingly as soon as we are able and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from date of order. All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason, or if items are returned to us by the delivery service we will advise you. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/ debit card for any re-delivery charges.

Payment

- We will charge your account for payment at the time of order, unless other arrangements have been made between us and yourselves. Please note that all products are shown priced inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If you require a VAT invoice/receipt for your purchase, then please ask when you place your order. Any discounts offered are only off the RRP - any items on special offer will not be available for further discounts offered through organisations or vouchers etc. We take every care to ensure that your order is conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide.

Right to cancel

- You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to despatch of the goods. (This excludes special orders which are manufactured or procured especially for you and are not therefore subject to our normal conditions of sale.) You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be refunded to you by way of a credit to your account via paypal. If we have already despatched or delivered your order, you will need to return the goods to us as per the returns instructions and conditions stated below to receive a refund.

Warranty

- All products sold by Kiddysmart Ltd are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranties. Warranty only applies if the instructions pertaining to the use of the products have been adhered to. Please always refer to any manufacturer’s instructions and/or advice concerning any products purchased from us and the warranties applicable. If not stated otherwise, then all Items offered for sale by ourselves are warranted for 6 months from date of purchase. Within the warranty period faulty items are returnable to us for repair at our designated service centres or to speed up the process, replacement parts are sent out free of charge to replace any faulty part found. Please note that ex. demo or ex display items are sold without the 6 months warranty N B Normal wear and tear and faults arising from misuse or failure to maintain as per instructions are not covered by guarantee.

Emails -

All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address. A telephone number is always helpful too.

Descriptions

- The product descriptions on the site are as accurate and up-to-date as we can make them, however, slight variations, can occur. Please always refer to and follow any manufacturer’s instructions and/or advice concerning any products purchased from us.

UK Delivery

- We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery of some items. Adelivery charge is made for each order and is for standard delivery (applies to UK mainland only). A next day service is available at a cost of £ 6.95, providing the items ordered are in stock and the order is placed before 2 pm on the day despatch is to take place. If the item is out of stock and we cannot supply on the next day service, a refund of the extra carriage paid above the standard cost will be given. Where some items on the order can be supplied on a next day service they will be sent out, with any out of stock items labelled as to follow as soon as available and in stock. Where a part of the order is sent on the guaranteed next day service no refund of next day carriage will be due.

International Delivery

- Delivery off mainland UK is available. A surcharge is chargeable for this service for all items. Delivery is made by airmail and can take up to 30 days. For large items delivery charges will be calculated and you will be advised. Any duties, taxes and/or customs clearance charges incurred on arrival in any Country will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

- We are happy to refund or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with, as long as it is returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery along with your proof of purchase. Certain items such as the travel cot etc are not returnable for reasons of hygiene etc. Please call us or email us to check if your item purchased is returnable and obtain a returns number if necessary and then return it to us at Kiddysmart Ltd, 121 st. Davids Square, London, E14 3WD. Please note we cannot refund any postage or delivery charges on items returned for credit or refund. All returned goods are sent at your own risk. Items can only be refunded if actually received by ourselves - for peace of mind it may be that you wish to send returns by recorded delivery or other form of guaranteed/signed/insured delivery. Please ensure the package contains your name, address and order details. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods returned must be carriage paid by yourselves. Items returned under agreement with ourselves not in original packaging or in a used condition or in damaged packaging will be subject to a 20 % re stocking charge. Please note that ex. demo or ex. display items purchased at a special price are non refundable and non returnable, sold as seen items. These items are also sold without the usual 6 months warranty.
